Hi folks -

Just picked up my new Bull today - will assemble it later this evening.

My wife and I live in Winchester TN - just about 25 miles from the Alabama border.

We are looking forward to cooking up some delicious food on the grill asap!

I also look forward to the recipes and general information on this site.

best regards

Thanks folks - took about an hour to set it all up. Was pretty easy.

Quality unit, wasn't so heavy that I could not do it by myself - the wife's back is out so I didn't want her messing around with it.

No problem with the grill - let it run for an hour or more on 400 degrees - fired right up.

My biggest assembly problem was getting the hardware out of the plastic clam that it was packed in!

The second nitpick I have is that I would have preferred a pdf assembly manual - this boomer can't see the phone well enough and running back and forth to the laptop was a hassle.

We will do some chicken thighs tomorrow to initiate the grill - I am happy with the choice - it stayed right at 400 degrees - really nice!

best

Welcome to the forum. Great people and info. You will love cooking on the bull. ??

Thank you all for the welcome!

I did some chicken wings last night - they were ok but I will have to practice to get them as good as they came off of my old electric smoker -

I am used to low and slow - 225 degrees for 4 hours or so - but the convection oven feature is a little different to work with.

I am sure I'll get there in time and with patience and practice.

best regards -
