Cooked chicken thighs and legs for my first cook. Brined for 4 hrs. Seasoned with kickin chicken and mrs dash. Let set till 275 degrees. Smoked for around 90 minutes till chicken was about 170. Took off and set RT 700 to 425 degrees. Had rays bbq sauce, thinned out some with vinegar and some water tossed chicken in it and put on grill for about 25 min. Turned out great. Very pleased so far
