Stampede Even Heat on 590?

Patiently awaiting my 590 to be shipped.
Just wondering about heat dispersion. Are there hot and cool spots specifically on this one? With the vents spread out across back versus a stack, I would hope that helps the heat spread more evenly and not to one side.
 
Nope - you'll have to make toast to find out the hot spots.
My 1070 is hotter on the left - has the louvered vents on the back.
I never made toast btw: just monitored my cooks and noticed when I do 10lbs of chicken thighs the left side is always done first. Same principle as making toast - covers the whole grate, I just prefer eating chicken to toast.
 
Tossed thermometers in all 4 corners. Seems to be counter clockwise, right front hottest, right rear and so on.
 
Get a can of cheap biscuits and spread them around. The 590 is hotter on the left side.
 
My 590 is hotter on the right although I have not used the toast method but Imathinking I might try!
I normally cook ribs, brisket, pork buts etc and usually in the middle, dont fill up the grill much, but great advice here.
