Curious to see what you guys do! Drumstick rack or no rack!

WOW those look great!! What temp and time did you end up with for those beauties?

Start them at 225° until I get close to the 135° range, then crank up to 375° (helps render the bacon) and cook until IT of 185°. Typically around the 175° range is where I add sauce (sometimes).

As for time.. *shrug* whatever it takes or 2 ?? Probably 45 - 75 minutes...
