Got the 1250 on Monday, the 16th. Assembled that evening, did burn in the next day. Since that day I have done 2 Lbs bacon, 2 pork belly burnt ends (11 lbs), a half dozen Armadillo eggs and a pork butt overnight cook. The ease of this thing over my old stick burner is remarkable. My preference is kinda heavy on the smoke so I picked up a couple of smoke tubes from the get go and I am satisfied with the results.

I foresee a lot of use coming for the 1250's future!

I ordered the 1250 as well and ordered the tubes from amazon kinda thinking I would need them for high heat cooking smoke...
