Bullseye Bye Fellow Bullseye Owners

I've given the question some careful thought over the past 3 months, and you definitely should keep the Bullseye when you win the skillet. Just be sure to wear something under your apron. :D
Love it!

I use the bullseye for searing after sous vide and it’s awesome. I do need to use a grill pan to prevent grease fires on fatty ribeyes, but that was true for the propane grill also.

i once totaled a gas grill to a grease fire. it got so hot the second shelf sagged down several inches and warped the cast aluminum barrel. i blamed it on cheap meat lol. it was so bad i was embarrassed to scrap it
