New to the forum from south central MN. Been cooking on a gas Weber for a few years and recently decided to make the jump to RT after recommendations and good reviews from a few people I know through work.
Currently waiting on delivery of my Stampede and pumped about it. Looking for tips, tricks, guides, any other valuable information that you would have wanted when you were new to the scene.
In the mean time, I look forward to browsing the forums and getting familiar with things, hoping to pick up lots of information along the way.
