Greetings to all!
After logging over 10 years on a Weber Smokey Mountain, I pulled the trigger this weekend and purchased a new Stampede. Don’t get me wrong, the WSM has done me right in (most) all weather conditions, but seems to fall short on long brisket smokes in the cold, windy winter months.
I‘m looking forward to a brisket cook on the Stampede, hoping the “modern conveniences” built into this cooker will help justify my decision to stray from my WSM.
