Just another data point on RT customer service. At 10:42 this morning I sent an email to RT regarding suspect readings on both probes on my Bull (I knew one was failing, and now the second one started acting up). At 10:46 I got an email back with a shipping order #. It's disappointing that my probes are failing, but how can you not love their customer service?
