Contact Chef Greg and ask to be put on their waiting list. They have people cancel all the time. The wife and I got on the waiting list either last October or November, and both of us got in the December Academy.

Good luck! It’s a great experience. Not cheap, but very well done and they constantly are improving it. We will go back again in the future.
