Hi all, just ordered a 590 today. This is my 1st smoker and anxious to see how well things go. I'm just a fair gas grill cooker so it'll be a learning curve for me. After reading for some time now, I can just assume I'm probably gonna have to change the auger speed rate, its brutally hot here in southern florida. Lots of things to purchase besides the meat; pellets, good thermometer, probably searing grates, smoke tube, etc.....
