I like cooking brisket and all, but beef plate ribs are arguably the best bite of smoked beef. Beautiful job!

agree, but with hindsight being 20/20, I wish I had kept better records so I could reproduce successes and not repeat some of my many (sometimes epic) failures.

Vrooooooommmmmm, vrooooooommmmmm; the Ferrari is fired up. Need a destination address. Those beef ribs look great! Sad to say, I’ve never done beef ribs, but I think that will change with the great looking beef ribs that have been showing up lately.

It was a mix of Hickory and Jack Daniel's charcoal pellets
