Anyone ever had this. Had a long cook today of a brisket and burnt ends and smoked mahi-mahi for our super bowl thing based on cuisine from the competing cities. Well the 340 shut down and would not restart. Added more pellets banged it up or down to free the auger. Shut it off and on nothing. Had to finish the fish in the house for the last half hour. About an hour later just for kicks and giggles the damn thing fired up. What the hell?

Did you ever think of removing the grate, drip pan and diffuser to see if the auger was turning and the ignitor was getting hot??

Yes but the conditions in our backyard are horrible. We shoveled a path to the RECTEC. Pulled it over against our patio door and stood In The doorway to cook. And I had to get my stuff done to take the stuff to my brother-in-law restaurant being used as a pickup point. We are expecting another storm tonight for another six inches. So yes I’ll break it down in a few weeks
