Monday morning brain fart -
I had only smoked on my 1250 four times since my last cook. Nothing major, some breakfast sausage here and there, pork belly brisket style, some ribs, figured it had one more smoke between cleaning out. 🤦🏻♂️

I was just curious, what temps do y'all set your smoker? I had mine set to about 450, and after about 10 to 15 minutes, they registered around 500 degrees.
Does anyone just turn it all the way to 'High'?
I set the temp to 375. The actual temp was around 430ish, the fan began pausing ever 1 or 2 seconds. "On/off". Is that normal?
Also, anyone notice a difference in temp actuals? I did my burn in at 400, but actual on the 700 vs in the app was like 10 to 15 degrees lower.
Just bought the 1250, now it's a waiting game. How's residential delivery been for yall? Any issues since it comes from a freight company VS standard ground?
