I did the 2-2-1 method....5 hrs at 225... was just rIght....not so done they fell apart and yet were very tender and moist....spritzed with apple cider vinegar/apple juice mixture....in foil I used honey, unsalted butter, and some spritz mixture
New 590 user and very pleased.....do have a question......there is enough of a crack/spec when you lower the door to cook that smoke seeps out it. It is causing some discoloration on top right there....can/should that be cleaned? If so with what? Thanks
