Yes, it does. I love mine; I cook on it 4-6 times a week. Pork chops, chicken (large pieces like thighs, breasts etc. I'll use a drip pan), steaks, burgers, what ever. I set it on 325* and rotate the grate 180* and turn food about halfway through the cook. I go to the grill four times, I start...
You need to clean the vents on the lid and also the edge of the lid where it closes against the base. Make sure you have the spacer that raises the lid off the base a little. The reason you're getting smoak out of the hopper is the grill can't breathe!
I have never used anything but Pitboss in my 380, been fine. I did have one auger jam that was my fault. I would love to purchase a 380 Deluxe, but I don't think you would ever be able to remove/replace the auger to motor spring pin.
I own a 2014 Cadillac CTS. They had a problem with the heated seats that only showed up if you used the remote start feature and had the heated seat feature activated. GM determined it would be too expensive to do a recall, so they disabled the ability to use the heated seats with remote start...
Cool, I knew I could find something, I'm still researching the 380X. I have an intermittent issue with my B380 I need to address so I can sell it. It doesn't start some time. Tonight I had to turn it on/off three times. The igniter wasn't heating up. I going to YouTube to see if I can find a...
I always cover mine now too That's BS, as I set here it's not covered! We have a 5-10% chance of rain for the next 5 or 6 days and I'll be using the grill for the next two days. I called recteq yesterday and the raised portion of the firebox is not sealed!! So if you get even a small amount of...
I am going to sell my B380 and buy a 380X Deluxe. One question I have is on the firebox. I got rainwater in my B380 one time and had the pellet jam. I had just cleaned the grill and had no ashes to absorb any water that got into the grill. That was a bitch to deal with. I do have a cover and use...
I noticed all their reviews were five stars and not many reviews, so I take that with a grain of salt. If you look at all the forums they are very highly rated with very good costumer satisfaction. If you purchased the B380 for low and slow you got the wrong grill. Did you do any research before...
I just picked up a B380 today. I read a thread last night about the B380 running higher temps than indicated. I can't find that thread now but I ask the question what do you do use to check the temp. I would like to check mine when I get it put together. So what should I use to check the temp?
