Ah, I was thinking it had already made it to your local transfer agent - mine had to get shipped to Idaho, so the original freight company had to hand it off to a local transport company to get it down to me in the boondocks.
wow, thank you for your service. I can't even imagine what all of that was like. Great that you're in a position now to pass along what you can to the next generation.
Math is the killer for most students when it comes to doing well in chemistry. Sometimes a certain skill is just not in your wheelhouse. I have plenty of those myself :)
Thanks for the idea, I might do the record request bit since my dad just passed away a few years ago. I think he spent most...
Haha, so if you have any chemistry questions.....
Btw, I saw on one of your posts that you are active Coast Guard - my dad served in the Coast Guard during WWII in the Aleutians and my oldest brother served during Vietnam (but only got as far as Japan fortunately)
it'll be interesting to hear what your experience is, particularly in regard to temperature swings. I didn't monitor during my brisket cook with my ThermPro, but the the barrel thermometer was never more than about 5 deg off and that was only after I opened the lid for look.
