Finally gave up on my POS charbroil grill and ordered a bull and some other stuff, searing kit, pellets, etc. I’ve never smoked anything in my life (cooking that is) so it will be fun to learn. I would really like to have that fold down shelf but it’s out of stock. Is there any way to back...
