Black pepper and Kosher salt smoked extreme smoke 180° for 3 hrs then 225° until 175° IT then put in pan wrapped pan until 204°IT. I don't Normally put in pan trying something different. 12lb
Its basically I don't care I sold u a grill knowing that there is a problem with the alarms not working, only thing I see is they care about selling there merchandise. Need to fire their IT people
