    Cooking a whole chicken and after smoking at 225 for a couple of hours turned up to 300 and mi uses later had a huge grease fire. Removed the chicken and got everything calmed down and the grill temp reading would go from 150 to 400 in a matter of minutes. Any advice? Grill is brand new. Only...
