They both started the same. Added butter, and bbq sauce when wrapping the one. As far as effort goes. Suppose I would have to say the wrapped took more effort (not that it was difficult). All I did to the unwrapped was spritz once an hour after the first 2 hours.

After reading/watching everything I could over the last 2-3 months. I finally ordered the Flagship 1100. Hoping to have it delivered by the end of the week. Currently have an electric Masterbuilt smoker that takes wood chips. Looking forward to using my new Recteq and learning as much as I can.
