If everything is different and cables are irritating, maybe invest in wireless. Can be used across all cooking devices and will only hurt until you use it and wonder why you didnt do it sooner...
I just pulled a slab from the freezer to smoke this weekend. Also a couple pork chops. The Jewels has a sale every once in awhile, buy one, get two free on ribs. I get 9 slabs every time. Two slabs left. Sure hope they run that sale again soon....
I could lose weight in my 50s pretty easily, but i was still working too. Now in my mid 60s and retired, weight loss has become what seems like an impossibility....

Thank you. Finally something that makes sense and seems easy enough while being healthy. Im at 237 right now. I want to get to 195/200. This is the heaviest ive ever been and i feel it. Is there somewhere that lists calorie amounts for various foods?

Im the same with one exception. The bourbon/brown sugar pellets from Cabelas are awesome. I use them on pork. Ive done ribs a couple times with them. Going to do a pork roast sunday. Going to throw a hunk of salmon on with it to see how that goes.
