Doing a comparison of different rubs and a salt, pepper and garlic seasoning. Will also be trying different sauces with the rubs. This is too much fun!

Tried something a little different, used the Rectec Asian rub, cooking wings at 180 for 40 minutes to get some smoke. Then bumped them to 275 and cooked till they reached temp. Then coated them with Rectec bbq...
