    Hey There, Just ordered the original bullseye and wasn't aware they were creating a newer model. I've realized that when I go to grill now I have nowhere to put my tongs, meat plate and most important beer. What are you all using to help remedy this situation.

    Just as a follow up I've been seasoning my griddle for the last 3 hours and it's held pretty steady at 200 and now 400 I think I just needed to get used to everything. Now, how do I get rid of the smoke induced tarnish?
