Congrats! I just got mine recently and had the first burn in and did chicken thighs as the first meal. I don't think I had the temp up high enough, skin never got crispy at all, but internal temp was good. Doing steaks tomorrow! Also, I cannot get Wi-Fi to connect, still searching for answers...
