    Bullseye Bullseye Temperature Issues

    Temp set at 275, then jumps up to as high as 450. Constant struggle to hold an even temp. What's wrong?

    Thanks for the feedback. I guess I'm used to my Traeger which smokes all the time. I'll be smoking a leg of Lamb this weekend and we'll see how she does. Thanks again.
