Recent content by pig smoker

Good morning all, I currently have a RT-680 and a RT-380 Bullseye. I use sear plates with my 680 but have always thought it not necessary with the 380. Now I'm wondering if I may be missing out. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on this? Thanks.
