Don't get me wrong, I love both my RecTec grills and plan on buying another. I just think 3 months for a software patch that is one of the primary features of your product is a little long.

Will this also work on the RT-340? I see the 2 phillips heads holding the control panel but they seem to have a nut on the inside. Also my bottom under the control panel is vented. I would think the control board is the same I just can't figure out how to remove it.
