Just did my first turkey on my bull. Very pleased with the results. Already getting ideas for my next adventure. Turkey came out really good. I will remove it a bit earlier next time. I took it off when probe was 165°. Forgot that it still cooks a bit when removed. Was still juicy and all, but...

Congrats! I just pulled the trigger on the Bull this weekend. I have used my Traeger for about 10 years now and felt it fell short on some aspects. Can't wait to get it and try it out!!

Never thought of pouring water on it to remove some of the fat. Brilliant!!
