Interesting! 16 hours on extreme smoke is something I've not tried on mine. The constant fan cycling makes me wonder about wear and tear on the motor. But, those temps would be a lot closer to what I used to do on my old Traeger, which would run in the 180 range. How did it turn out?

Bringing this thread back up. Scheels has their branded pellets on sale for Black Friday. $15 for a 40lb bag. Made by Smokehouse. They sell what they call a beef blend of hickory & oak and a poultry and pork blend, which is hickory, oak, maple and cherry. I will try a bag of each I think...
Crank lower when it reads at 200. It goes into the extra smoke mode.
That looks really good by the way. I've done a few overnight cooks on mine. Easy and stress free.
I have no experience with the RT pellets, but have run several bags of Bear Mountain through my new Bull in the last month. All the cooks have been fantastic. I get them locally for really cheap, so I am pleased to keep using them.
Same here. I started mine about 2200 hours and ran at 200 `xtreme smoke' for about 3 hours there and when I went to sleep, kicked it up to 225. Long cook.... nice smoke ring and amazing flavor at the end.
