After cutting the grass this morning I have a taste for some beef ribs. I remember buying 2 packs for the 4th that I didn't cook. I've finished seasoning them and they are ready for the smoker.

I just bought a Rt 700 for Father's day and this is my first real cook a 15lb brisket. I put it on at 8 last night and went to sleep. I'm just waking up and I'm amazed. It held temp all night and now it's time to wrap. I believe my meat bill is going to go through the roof.

I've got a 13lb brisket going getting ready to wrap it as we speak.I thought people were just talking, but this pellet grill is the best thing since sliced bread.

Looking good. I received my Bull yesterday a Father's Day gift to myself. I'm going to assemble it today
