We let everything shut down by the book and never unplug the power. Have tried 3 different brand pellets, cleaned and vacuumed everything, wiped everything down with a dry cloth, even bought a sifter and have sifted every single pellet going into the hopper. Customer service will "hear you" but...
Michigan and I am looking to get a full refund. I would not be comfortable selling it to someone knowing there is a fire hazard and a liability waiting to happen.
Thanks for the support. I really hope this gets resolved and the unit works as it should without catching on fire. I do like the size and construction but can't say much else as I have to watch and baby it like a stick burner.
