Added the cheap clear rubber corner protectors to the sharp corners of the controller box after I ripped my cover.

0 to 400 method. Make sure wings are dry, season them. Put on Bull, turn on set to 400 for one hour or so checking at 50 minutes. I don’t do starch, some do, each their own.

Marked up for Passover? Label error? We’re they all that price? I get strips for that.

I heard the handles on the 700 box work well. Wish I’d have read that before recycled the box!

Turned out awesome! 225 reverse sear.

Just got one can’t wait to cook it. Haven’t decided on whole or steaks.

225 for 50 min, then crank to 400 for 50 min or so depending on size, toss on sauce after. I’ve also been reading about putting on at 0, turning in to 400 for an hour or so. May try that.

Just started my first 40 lbs. of these this week. Had same thoughts, but the work well and taste great.

I bought some cheap rubber corner protectors off Amazon for sharp corners of the PID. Works great.

No issue here.

I do 2 1/2, 2, 1, for baby backs at 225. St. Louis spares take a little more time. Sauce I like 1/2 Blues Hog and 1/2 Sweet Baby Ray’s, Love Blues Hog, but it’s pretty sweet.

I think I had it on every 30 seconds or one minute intervals. Thanks for your help!

I received the Matador with my 700 Black Friday deal. I just don’t think I’d use it and it would only take up space on my deck or basement. As I mentioned, I’m in South Kansas City. $260. Message me or reply if interested Scott
