Thanks. Pellets are new. Pit Boss brand. Yeah, cheap. Bought Lumberjack last night to see if there’s any difference.

Spoke with customer service. We adjusted the auger speed however the representative said it should take 45 minutes to an hour to reach 400 degrees since the temperature outside is in the 40’s. Still doesn’t seem right to me.

Bought the Bull back in May. Normally don’t crank it to full but when I do it takes 90 minutes plus to reach 500° or more. Should this be expected? I hope not. What to do? Cause?
