Bear Mountain has been best pellet brand for me - low amount of dust/crap in bags, gives good flavor, and some of their blends are just awesome. I could use their Gourmet BBQ for every cook and just never change type of pellets.

Was looking at this one - seemed like a great option b/c I like ability to remove whatever I use as second shelf when need be. Can you pick and choose which of the three racks you keep in? Feel like this kind of flexibility on how much height I have above/below is preferable

This happened to me too! I had a Signals but the probes kept failing even though I took perfect care of them, had 4 or 5 go bad. I switched to Meater and have loved it - the wireless is pretty awesome, and if you get the Meater Block it has wifi and works perfectly. Great app too.
