Thanks guys....just wanted to make sure nothing was out of whack....my old RT300 did cycle on and off regardless, so it's good to hear that what I'm seeing is normal!

Smoked some ribs today....unit did not cycle on and off. Blower fan remained on the entire time. Hopefully CS will help me with this.

So in other words, the blower fan should be on all of the time, and cycle on and off when the set temperature is exceeded. My old 300 cycled on and off regardless, so I always thought that was the norm!:unsure:
