Should have kept it - its a great compliment to the 700. I use the Bullseye for my weekday hot and fast cooks... and the Bull for the weekend low and slow jobs. Will also tag team the two on some steak when a reverse sear is needed.
Everything is more expensive there. LOL.
You can buy Snake River Wagu for that price. I just wish my butcher could get prime - all they carry lately is choice.
