Just received and installed smoker box on rt-700 and the bottom grate falls down unless in perfect position. Anybody else have this issue and any fixes if you did. Thanks.

I've read about this in the past but haven't had the problem on my smoke box and can't remember what the final fix was. My Recommendation would be to give Rec Tec a call.
