Yeah we're known for interventions here. In a few short years I have accumulated a lot of things contrary to rigorous intervention techniques. You enablers know who you are!

  • Amazeing Smoke tube
  • Thermoworks Thermapen One x 2
  • Thermoworks Signals + a zillion "spare" probes
  • Blackstone griddle
  • PK Grill
  • A dozen food grade 5 gallon buckets for brining and pellet storage
  • Buckethead vacuums x 2
  • Another dozen + food grade containers for tool storage, brining, marinating, etc.
  • Wusthof boning knife
  • Wusthof brisket knife
  • Lavalock
  • Pizza screens x 6
  • Spitjack Magnum Injector
  • A few hundred pounds of every pellet brand ever mentioned here as experiments
  • At least a dozen rubs before dialing it back to about 6 "go to" versions.
I'm sure there's more, but that's just off the top of my head.

I’ve got one like that too. You’re gonna find yourself using it on hams, turkeys, meatloaf, Chuck roasts (cooked like a brisket), and more. You’ll find that long blade is better than whatever you had been using. It helps to make nice even slices.
