New RT 700

My old propane grill died, I have had a Kamado Joe for 5 years and love the way it cooks, decided on the Rec Tec RT 700 as a replacement for the old gasser. My first cook on the Bull today, pretty darn impressed, this thing seems rock solid. Everything is a compromise, but I am pretty happy with this choice.

Thanks....my 1st cook went great, absolutely delicious. Spatchcock chicken, brussel sprouts, and roasted potatoes. My wife & son mentioned how great the smoke flavor was, and boy was it simple to use. Looked like the grill temp stayed within 3 degrees the entire time and didn't seem to use too many pellets either. I was surprised how quickly it heated up, not too far behind my old rusted out gas grill. When the wife states she is happy we got it after one cook, all is well.....lol
