New here, but not new to smoking. Started 30 years ago with a brinkman smoker, then a big box smoker, to a Bradley smoker, to a Traeger, and now I have purchased the Recteq 700 (needed a bigger grill, and decided to go big). Can't wait for it to get here. Hopefully it ships out on Monday and the driver makes a bee line to NM.

Can't wait to discuss BBQ with everyone. Tonight it's BBQ pork chops, green chile mac N cheese and collard greens. I'll have to do these on my Traeger, but it works fine.
