Brand New! Where do I go from here? Has anyone else had this problem?

Call Rec Tec they will make it right. Their customer service is amazing. I had a minor issue with my PID upon delivery and they had a new one on my doorstep w in 36 hours.
 
Even though the shipping company is at fault, RecTec will make it right...seen it before.
 
Just now got off the phone with customer service at Rec Tec. They handled the situation like a champ! They where professional, fast responding, courteous, & understanding. They turned the problem (that they had no control over) to a solution and knowing that I have a great product for the future. I know now that RecTec takes care of their " family" (per Drew in customer service). Looking forward to cooking out this weekend!

Rec Tec is first class for sure. When I got my new bull I had a tiny bubble on lid no biggie. I called Rec tec to ask them a few question and they asked how I was liking the grill. I told them I loved it and mentioned the tiny bubble on the lid. A few days later I get a package with new lid and some other goodies. I was amazed
 
I had the same issue with a minor chip of the porcelain on the lid hinge. Called and they said to use my grill and not wait for the new lid to arrive. Two days later I had the new lid. Outstanding customer service!
