Bullseye 1 month with my B380

I received my Bullseye as a Christmas gift and it has been a great month.
In just a few weeks, we have used the smoker for ribs, chicken, lamb, butt, stuffed peppers.............

The smoker has worked wonderfully.

The only issue I have is it that the smoker cooks quicker than I expect, even at the lowest temps. The food is tender and delicious. I just need to adjust the cooking time to account for the quicker cooking.

I checked the internal temp against a separate thermometer and they match.

Not a problem, just an observation.

I can't wait for month 2!

If your temps are accurate without adjustments, then RT may have adjusted the controller algorithms?? Anyhow that is wonderful. But wise to adjust your cooking times to match performance! Keep up the good work.
