That controller is worth every penny. Did 15 Buffalo wings on the Traeger with new controller and 15 on the Bull, both set to 375 and let them go for 35 mins. Flipped the last 10 mins. Sadly the Traeger wings were better. Pulled off the bone easier. Both tasted great. It was the easier eating...

I bought one... I have a nearly unused $1000 Traeger sitting in the shed. I will see if this makes it worth keeping. If this makes that smoker 80% as good as my Bull, I will be happy. Thanks for the find @Jigsaw

I must be doing something wrong then, the sponge attachment keeps falling off the handle. I have about 5 cleanings/attempts with mine then I gave up. :-/ I will say, with a wet sponge and hot grill, it works really well for the 3.5 seconds the sponge stays on. In their defense, I haven’t called...

Did 3-2-1 yesterday. 225 for the first 3 hours, 250 for the last 3. Turned out well.

Picked up ribs from at Sam’s Club. Did the 3-2-1 method, turned out great!
