So what are some of your favorites to make on Game Day. This past weekend I did a Boston butt that seemed like it stalled every bit of 4hrs. I love wings for game day, but ruined the last ones trying to do low and slow. Think I will smoke at 275 for 45 and then crank it up to 450 to finish!
