I’d love for them to add a “cook history” so you can go back and see your previous cook charts. As it is now once you turn off the machine the graph is lost and no longer available.

Hey folks - anyone use Bear Mountain Pellets in their smoker? If so, are they decent pellets? I've only ever used the Rec Tec Ultimate Blend (which are great) but want to branch out and try others. Any other suggestions for quality pellets are welcome. I've heard the guys at Rec Tec talk...
