    Similar to what I do 3/4 cup apple juice 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tbls worcestershire 2 tbls what ever rub your using seems like a lot of vinegar but you don’t really taste it when your done. I also use the left over as a mop sauce while smoking
