Mine were taped to the outside of the foam surrounding the handles (not inside with the handles). If I hadn't been like a 5 year old tearing into Christmas presents, I would have seen them the first time. After I shut mine down, I noticed that there were still un-burned pellets in the pot when I was cleaning the grill. Does the auger come back on after the fire is put out, to bring fresh pellets in for the next cook?

Well that was quick. Saia just called back and ok'd the pick up tomorrow. All is now right in the world. I think my wife was way more disappointed than I was with the possible delay. She's a good woman and clearly has her priorities right.
