Actually, there was only 6 slices of bacon. I pretty much followed a Rec Tec recipe with Rotel tomatoes and Ritz crackers (and more) but it is the grill itself that makes this so good. I am grilling in the wintertime again.
Ok, so after removing the tenderloins from the brine I let them dry a bit, then wrapped them with bacon and put them on the Trailblazer at 225. I'll check them in a couple hours...
Hi, I have some chicken tenderloins brining (water/salt with maple syrup and a few spices) and was wondering if I should just throw them on the Trailblazer, or add bacon or something else?
