    When going 220-225 I have now done 17 lbs and 15 lbs over 2 cooks. Both times 16+ hours with stalls near 165 & 180. True low and slow is just that....SLOW but turns out damn good

    I must’ve got a generic cover, there is very little loose cover to work with while taking it off and putting it on. Is a royal pain in the ass.

Had calibrated all the probes, And wanted to see how long everything would take to do it to truly low...
