When going 220-225 I have now done 17 lbs and 15 lbs over 2 cooks. Both times 16+ hours with stalls near 165 & 180. True low and slow is just that....SLOW but turns out damn good

Received my bull two weeks ago. A couple chicken drums after the burn in for seasoning. And then went straight in on 17 pounds of pork, and three slabs of baby back‘s. Had calibrated all the probes, And wanted to see how long everything would take to do it to truly low...
